Know Your Numbers:
Bringing Integrated Health Checks to EASD 2026

To mark EU Screening Week, IDF Europe is bringing its Know Your Numbers Mobile Unit to Milan during the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) Annual Congress.

From 28 September to 1 October, congress delegates and members of the wider public will have the opportunity to access a free, integrated cardio-renal-metabolic health check and learn more about key indicators of their health.

Take a few minutes to know your numbers and better understand your risk of type 2 diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease (CVD) and kidney disease.

What will we check?

How to view your results after your health check:

  1. You will receive a link by text message

  2. Enter the participant code provided during registration and your phone number

  3. You will receive a one-time password (OTP)

  4. Enter your participant code, phone number and OTP to access your results

This initiative is designed as an awareness-raising and early detection activity to help individuals better understand their cardio-renal metabolic health and potential risk factors.
