Dr Michael Hall, member of the advisory committee and former Board Member of IDF Europe received the prestigious Order of Mercy Award
IDF Europe is delighted to announce that Dr Hall received the Order of Mercy award from the League of Mercy, a British foundation which recognises and rewards volunteers.
Dr Hall is a retired general practitioner based in Devon, the UK and has served multiple diabetes associations throughout his career, including IDF Europe, Diabetes UK and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes. Apart from clinical work, Dr Hall is also passionate about research in diabetic retinopathy and primary care education and has authored many publications, one of the latest being the 2016 European Guidelines on cardiovascular disease prevention in clinical practice.
