IDF Europe participated in the Patient Workshop on Biosimilars Medicines that took place in Amsterdam (Holland) on 27 March. The workshop, organized by Medicines for Europe, aimed to share the patient perspective of the potential benefits of biosimilars medicines.
Participants exchanged various insightful experiences with the use of biosimilars in diseases and conditions such as cancer and diabetes. All participants were agreed on the importance of shared decision-making in the success of biosimilars in medicinal application.
