It is with deep regret that we have learned that Sarah Hills passed away in April 2023.
Sarah was the Executive Director of the Alliance for European Diabetes Research (EURADIA), an alliance of organisations working for diabetes research including academic and clinical researchers, healthcare professionals and patient groups. She has dedicated most of her working life to promote diabetes research across Europe and has been instrumental in fostering closer collaboration between major diabetes stakeholders. Sarah will be sorely missed by the entire diabetes community.
