The Cyprus Association for People with Diabetes (CAPD) provides support to people living with diabetes. It is a member of the National Diabetes Committee formed by the Ministry of Health.
Activities
- Organising meetings and lectures in the community with the assistance of doctors and nurses to inform people about diabetes.
- Free blood tests during the month of November and sharing of printed educational material.
- Participating in meetings and other activities and events organized by the International Diabetes Federation.
- Participating in meetings and activities organized in Greece from POSSASDIA and ELEMED
