Message from the President
As President of the Estonian Diabetes Association, I affirm that the core mission of our organization is to represent and protect the interests of all people living with diabetes in Estonia. Diabetes affects thousands of people across the country and managing it requires a fair, accessible, and modern healthcare system. The Estonian Diabetes Association is the collective voice of people with diabetes. We advocate for equal access to treatment, medical devices, education, and support, and for the needs of people with diabetes to be taken into account in healthcare and social policy decision-making. We call on society to recognize, listen to, and take into account the voices of people living with diabetes. Together, we can build a society in which a person with diabetes can live a full and dignified life.
