Publications & Newsletters

HDA has contributed extensively to the field through publications such as “Current Diabetology”, “Nutritional Guide”, “Guide for Insulin Pumps” and the annual release of “Guidelines for Diabetes Mellitus”.

Collaborations with other scientific societies have resulted in consensus proposals, like the Guidelines for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in 2021. In conjunction with the Ministry of Health, HDA played a pivotal role in formulating the “National Action Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus” in 2012, aimed at enhancing healthcare and diabetes prevention strategies.
