Developed by the Italian National Association of Athletes with Diabetes (ANIAD), the Practical Atlas of Pathophysiology, Insulin, Nutrition and Sport in Type 1 Diabetes brings together scientific knowledge and practical guidance to support people living with type 1 diabetes in understanding and managing physical activity, nutrition, insulin and diabetes technology.
IDF Europe is pleased to endorse the Atlas and make it available in both Italian and English. We warmly congratulate ANIAD on this achievement and its contribution to raising awareness and supporting people living with diabetes on the occasion of World Diabetes Day 2026.
