Since 2011, IDF Europe’s Youth Leadership Lab (YLL) has been bringing together young people from across Europe to build advocacy skills, share experiences and strengthen the diabetes community.
In 2026, the YLL brought together 24 young advocates aged 18–30, alongside speakers and faculty, in Évora, Portugal, for a week of learning, connection and leadership.
