Lee’s Clinic is a multidisciplinary diabetes and kidney care centre based in Pingtung, Taiwan. Founded in 2006, the clinic has developed into a comprehensive chronic care centre dedicated to diabetes, endocrinology, metabolic disorders, nephrology, hypertension, and cardio-renal-metabolic risk management.
Led by Dr. Yau-Jiunn Lee and a team of physicians, diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians, and allied health professionals, Lee’s Clinic provides person-centred and evidence-based care for people living with diabetes and their families. The clinic integrates individualised medical treatment, structured diabetes self-management education and support, nutrition therapy, renal function monitoring, lifestyle counselling, and long-term complication prevention.
The clinic is committed to improving clinical outcomes through multidisciplinary teamwork, continuous self-management education, and the adoption of innovative care models, including glucose monitoring technologies, shared decision-making, motivational interviewing, and AI-assisted diabetes and nutrition management. Lee’s Clinic also actively contributes to professional education, community-based diabetes prevention, and clinical research, with a strong focus on integrating diabetes and chronic kidney disease care.
