On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, the Panamerican Health Organization (PAHO) will host the webinar “Increasing access to diabetes care in the Region of the Americas” in collaboration with IDF.
This online event will take place on November 12 from 11:00 to 12:30 EST and will provide the opportunity to raise awareness of diabetes as a public health issue and to share what needs to be done, collectively and individually, to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and management of diabetes – in line with the World Diabetes Day 2021 theme: “Access to diabetes care: if not now, when?”.
Speakers at the event will include PAHO officers, country representatives and the IDF Regional Chairs for the North America and the Caribbean and the South and Central America Regions.
This webinar will be available in English and Spanish.
