About
The Hong Kong Society of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Reproduction was incorporated on April 26, 1983, originally under the name of The Society for The Study of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Reproduction.
It is a non-profit making charitable organization established to promote, foster, develop and assist the academics, medical and allied professionals in the study of and acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge and information concerning endocrinology, metabolism and reproduction.
Main Focus
- To promote, foster, develop and assist the medical and allied professions in the study of and the acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge and information concerning endocrinology, metabolism and reproduction
- To stimulate public interest and provide public education in endocrinology, metabolism and reproduction
- To encourage, assist and arrange for medical practitioners, scientists, students and others to come to Hong Kong for the purposes of research and study, and for the purposes of teaching and demonstrating theory and practice relating to endocrinology, metabolism and reproduction.
